Do it in the dark, then you won't notice it til it gets lite.

It sounded better when I was thinking it.

Remember u can't just cut the rear. The body is spot welded together right there. The front is no prob. I actually used tin snips to do mine and a buddies. Comes out clean and u can't slip as easy like with a cut off wheel.

So what do you have to do, weld some pieces to join the two back up?

Nah you just cut right up to the spot welds.. you can technically go higher but you have to reseal the cut, since those spot welds are where the frame and panel connects together. Ive heard some good turnouts and some serious nightmares about cutting above those spot welds, but i think its like everything else, your result is a direct reflection of the effort put into it.

Personally im wanting to do a small cut, just enough to flex.. I REALLY want to be able to use my stock flares afterwards and not have it look totally fucked.

No you do a cut and fold thing. It stays welded and you get up as high as poss without cutting the welds off. You can go higher than the weld with this way. But there is no way to put the stock flares back on with out mods.

Man my son is kinda stuffy. He did not sleep well last night at all. He was up a lot and I had to basically let him sleep more upright on my chest. I hope he does better tonight.

We are going to this pumpkin patch thing in Callahan tomorrow morning. They have corn mazes.

Our little boy is kinda stuffy at night right now. Sucks it makes us sick too. He got his first cold when he went to his day care at first. Then my wife lost her job. He was not sick at all. Now my wife has a job and he is back at the daycare. He is sick again as so are we. Damn kids and all there germs. haha
