weird vibration

Post by 89WhiteXJ on 10/2/2011, 4:49 pm

When I accelerate hard or accelerate while turning left I get this weird vibration. Kinda feel it in my feet but not sure. I do not get it when going right. I removed my front DS and it still did it. Checked the axle u joints and they seem fine. In case you do not know I have a Cherokee. Anyone know what to check next?

Check and grease your rear driveshaft.... a dry u joint can cause vibrations.

It would make sense on side was bad with what your describing. I can never remember how it works though. Noisy on turn its on the outside wheel, I think.

Im pretty sure if you take the wheel of and slink the rotor you 'll hear the roaring sound a bad bearing makes.

I did it with the wheel on yesterday but noticed nothing. I may just do them anyway. Its been like 3 yrs of abuse and not work like that done.

I'd agree if it did it turning both ways.
