maxxis bighorns vs definity dakota mt's

Post by piratex on 12/6/2011, 6:38 pm

I've herd great things about both tires and this coming tax season I'm getting 285 75 16 tires just not sure wether to get the bighorns or the dakotas. I know that the dakotas are cooper tires with a deffierent name. But my question is do any of y'all have any experience with them

Its Frankie with an "ie" not a "y". I fixed it for you. I like my bighorns. I look at it like all MTs are about the same with a little diff shape to the knobs.
32.8/11.2/16 per tire calculator. Mine are 35/12.5/15

After watching that Iguana Xterra I dunno. An exoskeleton and wheels on the roof might be in order. That thing just looks cumbersome. Shortish wheelbase, high COG.........38's affraid

There we go Smile thanks dirty. Has anyone ever herd of or ridden on treadwright tires. Www.treadwright.com

There are a lot of xterra guy riding on them but the only problem is they are a very heavy tire. Plus its a retread and as much as they hve a good rep for quality and decent tread life but they are still a retread

Alright y'all its new tire time and I'm not getting wither one of those. I'm getting 285 75 16 falken rocky mountain ats not nearly a mud terrain like I wanted but with all my tires now have about 5 to 10 percent tread life left and multiple plugs in patches in them all. So for m safety nd my sons safety I decided to apply for discount tire card and these are wha I can afford.ill upload pictures anda review on them as time goes. I'm getting them put on today
