like said above. a test light should answer all of your questions.

check at the solenoid to make sure your getting a signal when in the start position and just work your way back to the ignition switch to make sure its sending an output in the start position.

I replaced the ignition switch too. I gave in and took it to Melvin and Nick at Happy Trails as I know they know their stuff.

Auto Electrical stuff just blows my mind sometimes.
