Definitely an awesome off-road motor. WOuld definitely make for some strong motoring. How much of a bolt-in would it be? Connects to your trans, or will you have to change that out? The rest is a bolt in, wiring, fuel lines, all that. It would make life easier if you could find a complete vehicle to get the whole set-up. I know with the V-6 conversion that I'm doing, having the whole vehicle has made what I'm doing much easier.

Hey there, how about oil pan fitment, all that? My understanding is that that motor is in the Frito-lay kind of bread vans. I just figured in my searching for an acceptable diesel motor those would have the typical huge oil pans making it a hard fit into my application.
