hardrock ride February 25th & 26th

Ok y'all so I've got a few xterra buddies and I want to do a ride through ocala national forest to explore and find. Good trails. Also the purpose of us looking for good spots and camping areas is to find good spots for a future florida xterra meet there. I'm thinking the weekend after valentines day cheers

Chucky check out Lake shore group campground, it's the perfect spot for a small group trip

Ok cool. Luckily the good thing about the xterra is it fits a full sized air matress perfectly so most of us just camp inside our x's lol. But good lookin out ill def have to check it out

Oh yeah and the best part is its only 5 minutes down the road from Cactus Jacks! A dank dark hole in the wall watering hole

After going thru there with Matanzas you should do fine only being 2WD. keep a couple of 4WD vehicles out front, and blast thru the areas that they think your 2WD will get stuck.

That's what I was thinking. He shouldn't have too much trouble. Best part will be some of these guys reactions to getting their Ocala stripes.

Supposedly all those sugar bowls are all blocked off by the ... rangers or whatever they have out there. Also Mr, pirat , there are maps available with the trails that you can and can't ride on so you can pre-plan where you want to go, and have an idea of where you are in the forest. Don't know how you get one of those, looks like you have some homework to do.

There is a visitor center at salt springs but they don't have trail maps. Check the web or local clubs

You could also go on the MJC website and ask scottrock where he got his. might be the quickest way.
