well i was crawling threw a little bit of water and me jeep shuts off the motor didnt get any water in it and now im not getting spark anyone have any ideas

Don't those have like 3 different switches/sensors that if gotten wet will stop them? Does electric grease on the connectors help with it or is it getting thru it and inside. Pretty common problem with the XJ I know.

i put a new crank sensor on it still no spark a few days later it starts right up
i haven't tryed any electric grease yet but once i get some money up im gona try that
