casper
ijust picked up a nice 1992 explorer 4x4. 4.0 v6 auto and manual tcase and hubs...rare find....this is my new toy. been looking for one for a long time and just got this one really cheap. build plans are custom bumpers,5.5 lift, soa rear,d30 front on wristed radius arms, lockers front and rear, and a winch. this is the pic from dealer, will post better ones tomorrow.
Re: casper
Is this one really going to happen or be sold/traded like the others?

Re: casper
this one will happen. its not as nice as the others and this one has some good stuff already. and would be alot easier to sas. the other x's had steering racks, the 1st gens like this one has a box.... Alot easier to build a steering setup....plus i am tired of not having a 4x4, so this one is staying....no really...ol
Re: casper
looking for some tires now and this afternoon its losing them damn running boards...anybody want them?
Re: casper
We need you in something for a while and it needs to be working a majority of the time. Trail Boss doesn't carry much weight if you never go anywhere.
Re: casper
ok i would say 4x4 works...lol. it went right up with ease...a buddys lifted 4wd 4 runner on 33's made it to same spot and could not go any farther.as in stuck, wheels spinning... i stopped because of ground clearence.... i am going to have fun with this thing....
Re: casper
Oh forgot to tell you I have a buddy that has a D30 that has no brackets on it except the Trac bar mount. It used to be leaf sprung. I am not sure what he wants but if interested I can see.
