It was a dark redish color. Hard to tell since it kinda flew by me when I was trying to figure out what adress I was supposed to be going to

Was on base yesterday and spotted this thing. Was running behind and didn't want to be overstaying my welcome, otherwise I would of got more pics. The exhaust had me intrigued. Looks like an exhaust dump for a turbo.

Iirc it is. I was at the auto hobby shop last year on base and the guy who owns that was there rebuilding the transmission in it and I was talking to him about his jeep.

iF IT'S A DIESEL, WAS IT A TURBO? oR WOULD IT HAVE SOME CUSTOM EXHAUST ON IT WITH A DUMP THAT SIZE? oR DO DIESEL EXHAUST COME THAT BIG RIGHT FROM THE FACTORY? Damn caps lock! I hope I have more time to check it out next time I'm on base. BTW, you guys on base need to do up some of the flyers and start putting them on windshields, there is a lot of rides on NAS JAX.

Was really running behind, but stopped to check it out anyway, This thing has a turbocharger on it. And I swear it's a diesel. Did they put diesels in jeeps? i'm guessing a swap, but I haven't really got to gawk at it like I would like.

i posted on Facebook the other day about stock jeeps look funny when they have stock tires on them. I saw 4 or five stock jeeps come thru an intersection from all directions down in St. Augustine. They were making me laugh with their stock tires and low stance. Then one a lot like this came by and made me feel better about jeeps.

And I took these today down in South St. Augustine. this FJ Cruiser looked pretty good. Wonder how well they do off road. There is a dude in Southern Sands with one, but I didn't see him wheel. Looks ten times better this way than stock!

no, never came diesel...just a 4.2 or a 304 v8 was the only engines available for them...that one probably has a 4tb swapped in...could be a vw diesel.
